The use of JJSPY software is subject to this license and is hereby referred to as the Licensed Software. This Licensed Software and all other products on this website are not sold but licensed to you. All rights are reserved.
The user hereby undertakes to use the software responsibly and obey all applicable laws in whichever jurisdiction the software is operating.
The user explicitly indemnifies JJSPY for any harm financial or by reputation that may arise as a result of the misuse of this software.
Intellectual Property Rights. The Software and any copies that you are authorized by JJSPY to make are the intellectual property of and are owned by JJSPY (Hong Kong). The Software is protected by copyright, including without limitation by international treaty provisions and applicable laws in the country in which it is being used. You may not copy the Software, you may, however, transfer the license from one phone to another providing the original device is first deactivated. You agree not to modify, adapt or translate the Software. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software without the express written permission of JJSPY. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.
Transfer. You may not rent, lease, sublicense or authorize all or any portion of the Software to be copied onto another users phone except as may be expressly permitted herein. You may, however, transfer all your rights to use the Software to another person or legal entity provided that:
(a) you also transfer this Agreement to such person or entity;
(b) you retain no copies, including backups and copies stored on a computer; and
(c) the receiving party accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other terms and conditions upon which you legally purchased a license to the Software.
JJSPY is designed for monitoring children, employees or a smartphone that you own. You are required to notify the device owner that the device is being monitored. It is the responsibility of the user of JJSPY to ascertain, and obey, all applicable laws in their country in regard to the use of JJSPY. If you are in doubt, consult your local attorney before using JJSPY. By downloading and installing JJSPY, you represent that JJSPY will be used in only a lawful manner. Logging other people’s SMS messages u0026amp; other phone activity or installing JJSPY on another person’s phone without their knowledge can be considered as an illegal activity in your country. JJSPY assumes no liability and is not responsible for any misuse or damage caused by our Software. It’s the final user’s responsibility to obey all laws in their country. By purchasing u0026amp; downloading JJSPY, you hereby agree to the above.
JJSPY is Intended for Legal Use ONLY
The Licensed Software can only be used by those who have the proper legal authority to monitor any device on which it is installed. JJSPY is not at liberty to provide you with any legal assistance or advice in regards to your purchase or use of the Licensed Software. In some areas/regions, local or state/federal laws dictate that one cannot install a surveillance application or software onto a device to which you do not possess the authority to monitor.
Improper Use of JJSPY
By purchasing and using JJSPY, you agree that you will not use JJSPY to indulge in activities that violate the rights of another party, such as harassment, threating, abuse, stalking or defaming. JJSPY is not at all responsible for your improper use of the Licensed Software, nor is it responsible for any harassing, offensive, illegal, threatening or defamatory messages you might receive as a result of its use.
Allowed Uses
JJSPY must only be used to monitor:
- Your children under the age of 18 years
JJSPY does not expressively sell the Licensed Software to children or collect personal information about them. JJSPY allows parents and legal guardians of the monitored children to check and access the Accessed Activities. However, the Licensed Software does not use the stored data in any way. You also agree to the Representations and Warranties of the Terms of Use regarding the use of the JJSPY does not expressively sell the Licensed Software to children or collect personal information about them. JJSPY allows parents and legal guardians of the monitored kids to access the Accessed Activities. However, we do not store their data to use in any way.
- Employees that work at your company, or at a company where you have managerial responsibilities
You agree to use JJSPY to monitor employee that work at your own company or a company where you have managerial responsibilities. You agree to monitor only those devices of which you have the authorization to monitor. The employee must be informed of the surveillance conducted with the presence of the Licensed Software in their company provided the compatible device.
JJSPY License
By purchasing and using this Licensed Software, you agree that JJSPY owns all rights, title, and interest of the Licensed Software. By purchasing, installing and using JJSPY, you DO NOT get any rights of ownership of the Licensed Software. This License dictates that you have the right to purchase, download, install and use JJSPY, but do not have any intellectual property rights to it. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Software. You may not copy, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of, edit, or create derivative works of the Licensed Software, any updates, or any part. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of JJSPY. If you breach this restriction, you will be responsible for damages. JJSPY may provide upgrades, modifications, updates to the Licensed Software during the term of your license. JJSPY is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties and intellectual property treaties.
Consent of Data Use
You agree that JJSPY can collect and use technical information and data, including but not limited to technical information about device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to You (if any) related to the Licensed Software.
You agree that JJSPY can use this collected data to improve it’s so long as it does not personally identify you. JJSPY will only use data that personally identifies you when conducting business directly with you. We will not disclose personal information about you to any other party, except as required by law enforcement, as mentioned in the Privacy Policy.
Term and Termination
Your rights by this license are valid only as long as you have a working subscription to the Licensed Software. Once your subscription ends, your rights under this license will be terminated without any prior notice. Your rights under this license will also be terminated if you do not comply with the terms. You agree to stop using the Licensed Software from all devices upon the termination of the license.
Third Party Materials
You agree that by using this Licensed Software, you may come across content that may be considered objectionable, inappropriate or offensive, content that may or not be identified as containing explicit language, and that the result of entering a particular URL by you or the monitored person(s) may involuntarily and automatically generate links to objectionable material. Nevertheless, you agree to use the Licensed Software at your sole risk and that JJSPY shall not be liable for any content found as objectionable, offensive or indecent.
Some services may include, make available or display content, applications, data, materials or information from third parties (Third Party Materials) or give links to third party websites. By using the Services, You acknowledge and agree that JJSPY is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect of such Third Party Materials or websites. JJSPY does not warrant or endorse and does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party Services, Third Party Materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. Third Party Materials and links to other websites are provided solely as a convenience to you.
But continuing to use the Licensed Software, you also agree that any Services contain proprietary content, information, and material that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright, and that you will not use such proprietary content, information or materials in any way whatsoever except for permitted use of the Services.
